Cancellations
• 21 days prior to arrival--$20 charge; less than 21 days deposit is forfeited
• We will not guarantee the weather nor refund lodging due to inclement weather,
no exceptions.

• Check-in time: 4:00 pm; Check-out time: 11:00 am; Quiet Time is 11:00 to 8:00 am.
• All reservations will be confirmed in writing.
• Guests are held accountable for all damage or loss to the rental unit
• Units are cleaned and linens are provided.
• If you are staying more than 5 days, fresh linen will be provided to you mid-way
through your stay
