Enjoy your own vacation home without the usual hassles and expense by taking advantage of managed property ownership. The 14 villas at the Mountain Villas resort are each individually owned, with rentals and maintenance handled year-round by an onsite manager and staff. Owners can decorate, remodel, and perform maintenance if they wish, or this can be handled by the management. Nightly, weekend, weekly, and sometimes long-term rentals provide income that is reported to each owner, along with expenses, via monthly statements. And, villa owners are automatically members of the Mountain Villas Owner's Association, giving them a voice in our operation.
Each villa is 30 feet wide and 30 feet deep, is fully furnished, and has vaulted ceilings. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and the living room has a sofa sleeper so six can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking utensils, and tableware, and there is an area for dining. Other amenities include a fireplace, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with HBO and a DVD player, and an outside deck.
In addition, each villa is furnished and decorated differently, and has its own extra amenities.
